1. Project Acceptance & Discretion

Submitting a project request does not guarantee acceptance. I reserve the right to decline any project without obligation to disclose reasoning. Selection is based on alignment with the studio's vision, creative capacity, and scheduling availability.

2. Deposits & Payments

• To confirm your production slot, a non-refundable deposit of 50–75% of the total project quote is required. In some cases, a separate non-refundable reservation fee may be requested to hold a production window in advance.
• The remaining balance is due prior to delivery of final assets. High-resolution files or unwatermarked versions will be released upon receipt of full payment.
• Work will not commence until the deposit is received.
• Late payments may delay delivery or result in additional fees.

3. Pricing & Scope

Each project scope and pricing is defined clearly in the proposal. If the client expands the brief or requests additional rounds of revisions, extra charges may apply.

4. Revisions

Unless stated otherwise in the proposal:

• 1–2 rounds of minor revisions are included.
• Substantial or directional changes outside the original scope will incur additional fees.
• All revision requests must be submitted within 5 business days of receiving a draft.

5. Timeline & Deadlines

• Estimated timelines are shared upon project acceptance.
• Delays in providing client feedback, assets, or approvals may shift the timeline.
• In case of illness, force majeure, or technical failures, the Studio reserves the right to adjust timelines accordingly.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide all necessary content, files, brand assets, and information in a timely manner.
• Respond to review requests and approvals within reasonable timeframes.
• Ensure all submitted information is accurate and legally yours to share.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• If the project is canceled after work has begun, you may still be invoiced for the portion completed.
• Any refunds (in rare cases) are solely at the discretion of the Studio.

8. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client after full payment is received, unless otherwise agreed.
• The Studio retains the right to display the work in portfolios, exhibitions, publications, and promotional use.
• Unapproved use of drafts or unpaid visuals is strictly prohibited.
• In some cases (e.g., model visuals), licensing terms may apply and will be specified in your proposal.

9. Use of AI-Generated Content

• Some visuals may be partially or fully created using cutting-edge AI tools combined with traditional editing workflows.
• The client is responsible for confirming that the use of AI-generated content complies with their platform, brand, or legal requirements.
• Any concerns must be flagged prior to project confirmation.

10. Confidentiality

All private project details, decks, or strategies shared will be treated as confidential. Likewise, clients are expected to treat unpublished Studio concepts and methodologies as confidential.

11. Limitation of Liability

By One Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the delivered content, missed deadlines due to client delay, or third-party use.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes will be settled in the courts of Munich, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

13. Agreement

By initiating a project or booking a call, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
